Located on the northern edge of Melbourne’s CBD, the new accommodation is set to offer students more than a place to stay and study – it will provide a vibrant, well-connected environment where they can thrive.
This building is a key redevelopment project, transforming a former carpark into high-quality student housing. It will address the growing demand for student accommodation, providing a welcoming and well-connected home for students relocating from regional areas, interstate, and overseas to pursue their studies in Melbourne.
The Specs:
Sitting on Bedford Street in North Melbourne, just a short walk from the University of Melbourne and RMIT University, this development caters to students looking for convenience, community, and uncommon common areas.
Beyond its prime location, it is set to be a great example of elevated student living. The building will boast industry-leading common areas designed to foster social engagement, study, and recreation. Some of its key features include:
