We’re working closely with our client, GQ to redefine the Built-to-Rent (BTR) market’s upscale segment. Taking their ethos of creating spaces that inspire and energise the people who live in them, we’ve embarked on a project that strives to consistently raise the benchmark for luxury lifestyle in Australia.

Known as Madison Grand, the vision for this 40-storey BTR apartment tower aims to embody their take on luxury living. Bringing architecture, interior design, landscaping and lifestyle to new dimensions – this space is set to evoke emotion and nurture connection.

Nestled in Southbank, the site boasts a healthy balance of all that Melbourne has to offer – proximity to the vibrant CBD and the serene Yarra River, while also offering easy access to the tranquillity of South Melbourne.

(A brief walk down memory lane: the site has a history – its previous incarnation was a youth hostel with an underground nightclub called Eve.)
